Enjoy our beautiful trout pond just steps away from your Cabin

Mid and late August at Willow Winds is gorgeous, and the temperature is ideal. This time of year is among the best to visit our luxury  cabins and beautiful woodland gardens. With the regular summer showers, the grounds are a lush green.

The formal garden and the crape myrtle are beautiful

The crape myrtle trees are in full bloom and our new rose gardens continue to bloom. Never have our grass and trees been greener. Previous guests will be surprised and delighted at our new waterfall.

All of this beauty could not be fully appreciated if the climate were not ideal. With day time temperatures in the 70′s and night time temperatures in the 60′s, it is remarkable how the memories of a record hot summer fade away. This is a great time for our guests who are mountain bikers or hikers to return. And it is a great time to relax and enjoy an afternoon in one of our many hammocks.

Because many of our guests have to return for school openings in August, we still have a few vacancies in August. We welcome those who have a few days to experience  the mountain weather of Asheville at its most delightful. If August is not convenient, please check out our September Special.
