2012 Cabin Rental Rates

You will never be surprised by extra charges and surcharges at Willow Winds. Unlike the hotel industry, we don't add all manner of extra surcharges to your bill, such as "resort fees". We provide many of the recreational amenities of a resort without the fees.

Unlike many vacation rentals, we don't add special charges such as "cleaning fees" and "hot tub sanitation fees." When comparing our rates to other vacation rentals, please read the rental contract carefully before you sign, In addtion to charging a cleaning fee of $55-$85, many recommend that you buy trip insurance (typically 7% of your vacation cost), because they require that you sign away your right to a refund in case the cabin's appliances don't work or it is otherwise uninhabitable. 2 night minimum stay required year round

5 night minimum after June 12th, in July and for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's unless a vacancy between bookings is available.

Peak Season is May 22 - August 14 and September 26 - October 29.

Rates are based on 2 adult occupants for one bedroom cabins, 4 adult occupants two bedroom cabins, and 6 adult occupants for 3 bedroom cabins. An additional charge of $25 per night is imposed for each occupant over these limits who is over 12 years of age.

All homes have private phones. All homes are non smoking.

No refunds for early check-out.

GROUP BOOKINGS

On all group bookings a $100.00 refundable security deposit is required for each cabin in a group booking. The security deposit is $100.00 per cabin and is paid 50% in advance and 50% at arrival. The security deposit must be paid on one credit card and will be refunded only to one credit card. In addition a deposit equal to one half of the total room rate and tax is required when all reservations are made.

Group Reservations / Multiple cabin reservations need to have one person as our contact. This person will be responsible for paying the Security Deposits to secure the reservations and the balance of the security deposits at arrival. The security deposits will be returned to the contact persons credit card within 10 business days of the groups departure provided that the homes contents are intact and there is no damage other than reasonable wear and tear.

We do not divide the security deposits on group reservations.

EARLY DEPARTURES

There will be no refund for early departures.
