For this Faces of Willow Winds Spotlight, let’s take a look at a member of our staff that has time and time again shown himself to be a furry, friendly face at check-in, and an important member of our Human Relations department.
How long have you worked at Willow Winds?
I have worked at Willow Winds for my entire life, so about 2 years (14 if we’re splitting dog hairs).
What has been your most memorable experience during your time here?
Hmm…. that’s a good question. So many. I would have to say that wildlife on property is always exciting. We’ve got squirrels and deer!
What do you enjoy most about what you do?
As the resident quality control specialist here at Willow Winds, I get to try different things out. For example: I was one of the first to try out our new Dog Park. It got my seal of approval for sure. Also, I have the nicest friends who come into the office to see me! I hear that they are disappointed when I am out of the office on official business.
What do you enjoy most about living in/near Asheville?
I love Asheville because we are close to so many doggie-friendly activities like hiking, splashing around in the river, extreme bird-watching (my favorite), and making friends anywhere I go!
How do you enjoy spending your free time when not at Willow Winds?
When I am not working, I enjoy relaxing on porches. My favorite hobby is sampling dog treats and ranking them based on nuance of flavor and texture. I also love visiting my Grandma and Grandpa!
